Police are still searching for a Sheboygan teen who is believed to have been involved in a carjacking spree earlier this month.
17-year-old Lucas E. Lamont Brown has been officially charged in the case after he, along with 17-year-old Dequon Curtis Rushing of Manitowoc stole a car from Manitowoc and another from Sheboygan with AK-47 style weapons.
The teens were then spotted on I-43, Rushing was caught, and Brown was able to elude police.

Brown and Rushing have both been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Attempting to Operate a Vehicle without Consent while Possessing a Weapon, and Operating a Vehicle Without Consent, all as a party to the crime.
Brown has also been charged with Fleeing or Eluding an Officer.
