The conservative group Wisconsin Voters Alliance is claiming more than 96,000 votes in the November 3rd election were illegal.
It filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission Tuesday.
The Alliance is asking the state Supreme Court to prevent the election results from being certified.
They haven’t been certified yet because the recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties is still being conducted.
An effort by the group to block more than six-million dollars in election grant money for five Wisconsin cities was rejected last month.
