Charges are now pending against three suspects who have been arrested for their roles in the shooting incident last week at Mayfair Mall.
Wauwatosa police released new information at a Monday news conference.
They say the 15-year-old accused of firing the shots that wounded eight people is having his case reviewed in Children’s Court.
He was arrested in Milwaukee Saturday during a traffic stop.
The two new arrests include another person believed to be involved and a passenger who was in the vehicle when the suspected shooter was taken into custody.
Investigators say they don’t know yet if the incident was related to gang activity.
