A Green Bay man will be spending the next 18-years of his life in prison after he was found to have caused the death of his 23-day-old son.
Police records show that rescue crews found the child unresponsive in the home of Jeremiah Thomas and that the infant had suffered two skull fractures, 10 broken ribs, and breaks in both of his legs.
Thomas initially admitted to dropping the child, spanking him, and squeezing too tightly after the child reportedly urinated on Thomas.
After he is released from prison, Thomas will be on extended supervision for 12 years and must perform 100 hours of community service each year of the supervision.
