Congressman Bryan Steil has confirmed he tested positive for COVID-19 during a home visit in Janesville.
The Wisconsin Republican said he is experiencing “mild symptoms” in a news release.
He says he contacted his local health care provider, is following C-D-C guidelines, and immediately started quarantining himself.
Steil says he will continue serving the people of his district from his home.
The release didn’t say if he knows how he became infected with the virus.
