The Manitowoc Police Department is looking for information in regard to a dog bite incident that occurred over the weekend.
According to Captain Jeremy Kronforst, an individual was walking his dog on East Cedar Drive near Stangel Learning Community sometime between 4:20 and 5:30 PM on November 21st, when another dog approached and bit the victim.
The suspect dog is believed to be a Lab/Boxer mix and appeared to approach from the apartments on the north side of the roadway. The K9 then fled the scene to the north.
Officials are looking to identify the owner of the dog in an attempt to get vaccination information.
