For the third time in the past month or so, the Wisconsin National Guard was at the Expo Ground in Manitowoc to perform community testing for COVID-19.
Manitowoc County Emergency Services Director Travis Waack said it was another successful event, with 283 people getting tested. However, Waack reminds everyone that “The National Guard sites are certainly not the only way to get tested. Testing is available every day either through your doctor or even through a neighboring County’s National Guard site.”
Waack and his team have made it quite easy to find places to get tested. He told SeehaferNews.com, “You can find a complete list of those testing options, including a map of neighboring counties that show their testing options at ManitowocCounty.org, and just click on the red COVID-19 banner.”
The National Guard will be back in Manitowoc on December 1st.
