
A house fire in Green Bay Tuesday afternoon has left two people with injuries.
Green Bay Metro Fire Department crews were sent to the home in the 2900 block of West Point Road just before 5:00 PM on a report of a smoking house, with a resident potentially still inside.
Crews entered the smoke-filled residence and found the unnamed individual unresponsive. They were able to bring the individual outside, and get them medical attention at a local hospital.
A second individual also received unspecified injuries but was treated at the scene and released.
The fire reportedly started in the living room, however, the investigation is still ongoing. Damage has been estimated at around $50,000.
