A mother has pleaded not guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a vehicle in Outagamie County Circuit Court.
Prosecutors say 34-year-old Crystal Draheim was driving 86 miles-an-hour in a 55 zone just moments before the traffic accident that killed her son.
Draheim entered her plea Tuesday and returns to court in February, but no trial date has been set.
10-year-old Noah Taylor died when the vehicle his mother was driving slammed into a pickup, then bounced into the oncoming lane and hit a school bus head-on.
No students were on the bus.
