The price has gone up for a recount of Wisconsin’s votes – way up.
If the Trump campaign wants the state’s votes to be counted all over again it will have to pay $7.9 million.
Four years ago, when Green Party candidate Jill Stein wanted a recount, the cost was $2 million.
The president has to decide by Wednesday.
That would mean the recount would start Thursday and be wrapped up by December 1st.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission says the cost quadrupled over the last four years mostly due to the pandemic.
