Shoreline Hometown Credit Union has announced the appointment of Jason Scharping as a Member Service
Specialist.
In his new role, Jason is responsible for helping Shoreline members with their financial needs.
Jason says, “I am happy to join a credit union that is so involved with the community on the Lakeshore. My
wife and I grew up in the area and relocated back here about two years ago.”
He comes to Shoreline from a large, regional credit union where he served two years as a Member Service Representative maintaining accounts and specializing in consumer loans. Jason also has over 15 years of experience in the golf industry. Jason resides in Shoto, where he spends time with his wife and their six-year-old son. The family enjoys the outdoors, camping, kayaking, and biking.
For nearly 80 years, Shoreline Hometown Credit Union is headquartered in Manitowoc County and is a member-owned, non-profit financial cooperative serving approximately 9,000 members in nine counties —Brown, Outagamie, Winnebago, Door, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan. Shoreline Hometown Credit Union is a member of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an independent federal agency that charters and supervises federal credit unions. Shoreline is considered well-capitalized according to NCUA standards.
