The beautiful weather the lakeshore area has been experiencing has contributed to re-opening the search for a missing hunter in Manitowoc County.
29-year-old Joshua Lueptow went missing while hunting in the Collins State Wildlife Area in Rockland last week, and authorities called off their search over the weekend.
However, that search has now resumed with both law enforcement and private search and rescue organizations taking part.
Sheriff Dan Hartwig said that his deputies are working with Wings for Hope Wisconsin and Northstar Search and Rescue who will be providing additional technology and personnel to help find Lueptow.
