Positive COVID-19 tests have paused the season for Wisconsin Badgers football, but other sports at the university are still getting ready for the winter.
It isn’t clear when football will return, however men’s and women’s hockey and basketball are continuing their preparation.
Men’s hockey is set to open its season November 13th – even though the complete Big Ten Conference schedule hasn’t been released.
Men’s and women’s basketball can start November 25th, but their schedules are also in limbo.
The U-W women’s hockey team, ranked number-one in Tuesday’s preseason poll, hasn’t been given a starting date by the Western Collegiate Hockey Association yet.
