The scheduled trial for a Green Bay man accused of murder has been postponed.
Scott Anderson, the defense attorney for 33-year-old Brion Hatcher, is reportedly getting his license suspended by the Wisconsin Supreme Court for 60 days for “inattention to client needs”. Details about that have not been released.
Hatcher is facing charges after he allegedly killed Travarious Edwards on January 27th following a fight involving money.
A new trial date has not yet been scheduled, but a scheduling conference was put on the books for December 11th.
