A road closure on Manitowoc’s north side will affect motorists for a second consecutive day.
Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel says work began yesterday on the section of North 7th Street between York and Buffalo Streets, as crews repaired or replaced a water service.
However, work did not go as quickly as expected, so work will continue today.
Work is expected to be completed by the end of the work day today.
