A road closure on Manitowoc’s north side will last for a third day.
Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel says work on a section of North Seventh Street between York and Buffalo Streets to allow workers to repair or replace a water service is not progressing as quickly as expected. Therefore, that section of roadway will remain closed through the workday tomorrow.
