The City of Manitowoc Parks Division has winterized and closed most park restrooms and drinking fountains for the winter.
Four public restrooms will remain open all winter, however. Those are the restrooms at Silver Creek Park, Manitou Park, Lincoln Park Cabin #1 and Halvorsen Park.
