The Green Bay Packers are preparing to play the 49ers on Thursday Night Football, despite the positive COVID-19 test result for running back A-J Dillion.
Health officials with the N-F-L are examining whether it is safe for the team to travel to California Wednesday for that game.
Last week, the Broncos, Chargers, Giants, and Vikings all had players test positive, but their games were still played as scheduled Sunday.
The Packers-49ers game could be moved to Monday night without any other schedule adjustments, but that step hasn’t been taken yet.
