The Wisconsin National Guard returns to The Manitowoc County Expo Grounds Tuesday to administer free COVID 19 testing.
Emergency Services Director Travis Waack says testing will occur from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
“If you have any symptoms or had any direct contact with somebody [who tested positive], on Tuesday the 3rd, come out and get tested,” Waack told SeehaferNews.com. “However, if you have symptoms now, or had contact now, please reach out to your doctor. Don’t wait until Tuesday to get tested. There’s a lot of opportunities to get tested through your healthcare provider.”
Waack went on to say, “Although some people have mild symptoms with COVID-19, other people have much more severe symptoms, and sometimes have that very tragic outcome. That’s why we say we have to prevent the spread, because you just never know.”
As they did the first time, a limit of 300 tests will be performed.
The National Guard also has visits planned for November 17th and December 1st.
