Bail is set at $1000 recognizance bond for a 28-year-old Two Rivers man for allegedly physically and sexually abusing his girlfriend. Bradley Lucia is facing
Charges of Battery with a Domestic Violence Order and Fourth Degree Sexual Assault.
Police received the report of abuse from the victim that included Lucia striking her with open hand slaps and closed fists during arguments. She stated that whenever she confronted Lucia of possibly cheating on her he would get angry and hit her.
The female victim added that when they were intimate Lucia would intentionally “pinch her” causing additional pain and injury. Conditions of bail are that Lucia have “no contact” with the victim and is due back in court for an initial appearance November 19th at 11 a.m.
