Authorities in Racine say a man set himself on fire by smoking while he was on oxygen.
Police and fire officials say the incident early Wednesday morning is actually the second of its kind this week.
The man’s name hasn’t been released.
Firefighters say they were called shortly after 2:00 a-m to find a man with facial burns. He had apparently used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames before emergency responders arrived.
The man was taken to a local hospital for additional medical treatment, and his condition hasn’t been released.
