There is only one meeting on the agenda for this evening in the City of Two Rivers.
The Personnel and Finance Committee will convene in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 5:00 PM, and will start by reviewing the General, Capital Projects, and Special Revenue sections of the 2020 budget.
They will then hold a discussion with John Lukas from Abby Ridge LLC regarding the status of the construction of three additional duplex condominium structures in TID 8 before entering a closed session.
In that session, the Committee will be discussing matters pertaining to economic development projects, and the possible purchase of the former Hamilton property.
