There are a pair of meetings scheduled for this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the TIF Joint Review Board, who will be gathering remotely starting at 5:30 PM. They will be electing or reaffirming a chairman, before discussing the responsibilities of the board, and reviewing a project plan amendment.
Then the Plan Commission will meet remotely at 6:00 PM to hold several public hearings. Some of those hearings are for the proposed amendment for the TIF District 17 project, and for a couple of conditional use permits for Evergreen Real Estate and Manitowoc Property Management.
The Commission will also be discussing an amendment to the comprehensive zoning ordinance regarding conditional use permits.
