There is one meeting scheduled for this evening in Two Rivers’ City Hall.
The joint meeting of the Business Industrial Development Committee and the Community Development Authority is scheduled to begin at 5:15 PM in the Council Chambers.
After approving the minutes from their September meeting, the group will receive updates on the Sandy Bay Highlands, the purchase of the former Paragon Partners building, and some proposed redevelopments in the area of Washington and 12th Streets.
They will also be looking over the status of some outstanding loans to businesses, and the proposed extension for TID #4 for the housing assistance program.
