Early next month, Prevea Health will be opening a new testing site at the Brown County Fairgrounds in De Pere.
Opening on November 2nd, the site will include a covered, two-lane drive-through, allowing patients to remain in their vehicles during the test collection process and keeping staff and patients safe from the cold, fall and winter elements.
This site will differ from the recurring National Guard site in one major way. Prevea is not requiring that those getting tested either have symptoms or to have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, however they do state that testing for those without symptoms “may only be available for a limited time.”
Those who wish to be tested must sign up in advance at MyPrevea.com. You do not need to be an established Prevea patient in order to set up an account.
