There are two short meetings scheduled for this evening in the Council Chambers in Manitowoc’s City Hall.
The Common Council will start the night off at 5:30 PM with a special meeting, where they will discuss a resolution to appoint Shawn Alfred as the Finance Director for the City, replacing the retiring Steve Corbeille.
Then at 5:45, the Committee of the Whole will occupy the Council Chambers to continue their discussion regarding Aaron Bailey, and his status as a qualified elector.
