Manitowoc’s Magical Trolley Ride to the North Pole event has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.
This Holiday fundraiser entertains children with Santa complete with carols and holiday cheer that leaves from the Train Depot (Manitowoc Coffee) to the North Pole (Holiday Inn).
At the North Pole, kids enjoy many activities including crafting, storytelling, and of course Santa, where kids receive a “keepsake” professional photo with Santa. A Facebook post states “We will miss everyone but the safety of our community especially our children is paramount to us. We appreciate your support of this event and our agencies and hope to see everyone in December 2021.”
It serves as not only a great way to spread Christmas cheer, but also to raise money for Manitowoc County CASA and Lakeshore CAP.
