A restaurant in Green Bay which was under renovation caught fire Sunday morning.
According to reports, the Green Bay Metro Fire Department was called to the restaurant in the 800 block of Lombardi Avenue at around 10:50 AM, and upon arrival reported seeing black smoke emitting from the structure.
The building was not occupied at the time, and crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
No injuries were reported. The blaze is estimated to have caused about $250,000 in damage, and set back the renovation progress significantly.
