Even though they went to an all virtual model last Friday, several school sin the Sheboygan Area School District have had to send out letters to families about the COVID-19 outbreak.
Letters have been sent out to families of students all week in a multitude of schools, ranging from elementary all the way up to high schools.
The reason that some students and staff have just now been reported as positive is because of the jestation period of the virus, which could take up to 2 weeks to rear its head.
Classes are scheduled to remain virtual in the school district until November 2nd, but that could change depending on what the situation looks like at that time.
