
The high school volleyball matches last night that featured area teams either ended in a three game sweep, or went the distance, requiring all 5 games to decide a winner.
In the D2 matchups, the top seeded Valders Vikings lived up to their seeding and swept Kiel, while it took Wrightstown all five games to eliminate Chilton. In the other half of the D2 bracket, Two Rivers swept Denmark to advance.
In Division 3, Manitowoc Lutheran also lived up to their top billing, as they swept #4 seed Roncalli. Meanwhile, #2 Mishicot and #3 Reedville went the distance, and battled it out in a 5th game, with the Indians eventually emerging as the winner.
