According to City Manager Greg Buckley, Trick-or-Treating will still be happening in the city of Two Rivers.
In his monthly report, Buckley stated that the downtown trick-or-treat festivities will be taking place this Saturday from 11:00-2:00 PM as organized by Two Rivers Main Street, while the city-wide celebration will take place on Halloween from 5:00-7:00 PM.
Also this Saturday, the Howl-o-ween party is scheduled to take place in Central Park. Treats and socially distanced activities will be offered by the Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Division.
In his report, Buckley also states, “If you elect to participate or allow family members to participate, social distancing and use of face masks and gloves are strongly recommended.”
