Eight Wisconsin Badgers, former and current, have been invited to USA Hockey’s evaluation camp in Minnesota next week.
All the work will be done at the NSC Super Rink in Blaine. Coaches will examine the 53 women’s hockey players invited to decide who will play for the USA Women’s national team at the 2021 International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championship.
The world championship will be determined during the first week of March. Current Badgers invited include Casey O’Brien, Nicole LaMantia, Britta Curl, and Grace Bowlby.
U-W alumni on hand will be Abby Roque, Alex Rigsby Cavallini, Brianna Decker, and Hilary Knight.
