A summer tradition in Eastern Wisconsin may be coming to an end as the company that puts on Country USA and Rock USA is filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Hypervibe, who puts on the country and rock music festivals every summer, says that they have no plans to re-organize, and will be selling off assets to pay off creditors.
COVID-19 appears to be the final nail in the coffin for the company, and both events were canceled this summer.
Many ticket holders are trying to get their money back, something the company is working on.
In a post on the Country USA Facebook page, they call the unforseen turn of events “an act of God.”
