
Fentanyl Seized in Manitowoc County in 2020
A 23-year-old Milwaukee man is in custody facing multiple drug charges for allegedly distributing large quantities of heroin and fentanyl in Manitowoc County over the last several months.
Quintin R. Hollis is charged with four counts of Delivery of Schedule Two Narcotic, Fentanyl and one count of Delivery of Heroin within 1000 feet of a park.
Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit Investigators identified Hollins as their suspect and from July through September of this year conducted several controlled purchases of heroin and fentanyl with Hollis at various locations throughout Manitowoc.
On September 3rd, Investigators arranged for a controlled meeting with Hollis who drove from Milwaukee to Manitowoc to consummate a purchase 12 ounces of Heroin/fentanyl for $20,000.
Several law enforcement agencies identified and arrested Hollis upon arrival and he was taken to the County Jail where the narcotics were located concealed within Hollins’ clothing.
Investigators located 12 individually packaged plastic bags containing a total of 355 grams, or about 3/4 pound of fentanyl with a street value of approximately $70,000.
An investigation continues to identify other sources and subjects related to Hollis’ distribution.
