There are a couple of meetings scheduled for this evening in the Council Chambers in Manitowoc’s City Hall.
First up is the Committee of the Whole, who will convene at 5:00 PM. The only item on their agenda will take place in a closed session where they will be discussing the status of an unspecified alderperson as a qualified elector.
Then, at 6:00 PM, the Common Council will gather and will start with the declaration of October 24th as World Polio Day. Mayor Justin Nickels will also be presenting his 2021 executive budget to the council.
They will also be entering a closed session to look over an offer to purchase a property in the 700 block of York Street.
