Green Bay based Festival Foods hooked-up with Mighty Spark recently to distribute to local food bank partners in Wisconsin.
That partnership has yielded nearly $26,000 donated meals, following a local giving campaign from mid-March to early September.
For every Mighty Spark product purchased at Festival Foods locations, including the Manitowoc store, the food company in Minneapolis donated one meal to Feeding America.
Mark Skogen, President and CEO of Skogen’s Festival Foods said “This was a great opportunity for our guests to help fight local food insecurity, simply by purchasing Might Spark products.
He continued “We are grateful to our guests for making this donation possible to provide meals to people in need throughout Wisconsin.”
