Investigators say surveillance and cell phone videos show a second man fired a shot into the air during protests sparked by the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Joshua Ziminski of Racine has been charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon.
Ziminski and his wife have reportedly both admitted to police he fired a “warning shot” August 25th.
Several videos showed him holding a handgun while walking in the street in Kenosha that night.
