Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers calls the temporary block of his emergency order limiting the size of gatherings a “dangerous decision.”
Evers released a video message Wednesday responding to the ruling by a judge in Sawyer County on a suit filed by the Tavern League of Wisconsin.
His order limited the number of people who can gather in bars, restaurants, and many other indoor locations to 25% of the room’s capacity.
Evers says a legal challenge of the Wednesday ruling will be filed.
