Organizers are making changes to the 2021 Slumberland American Birkebeiner to comply with COVID-19 rules.
The decision has been made to spread the activities over five days.
This year’s event will be held February 24th through the 28th.
Skate skiers will race on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while classic skiers will race Friday and Saturday.
No spectators will be allowed, and competitors will ski a course that starts and ends near the Birkebeiner trailhead in Cable.
