A 22-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges for his alleged involvement in a shooting over the weekend.
Police reports indicate that the shooting occurred at just before 2:30 Sunday morning in the 1100 block of South Webster Avenue.
The caller, later identified at Michael Krajewski, claimed he had shot the other man in self-defense, and that the victim was outside the home. The victim was taken to St. Vincent hospital for treatment, but no update has been issued on his condition.
Krajewski said that he and the victim were at the home for a birthday party for the victim’s wife before they went to a bar. They all eventually went to Krajewski’s home, where an argument ensued.
According to Krajewski, the victim attacked him, which led to the shooting.
He is now facing a charge of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and made his initial appearance on Monday.
