
Shoreline Hometown Credit Union recently awarded $15,000 in grants to three local Women Business Enterprises.
The three recipients of this grant are Jenn’s Java, Schroeder’s Department Store and The Crossing of Manitowoc County.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago provides the Targeted-Impact Fund, to credit union partners like Shoreline to support Women Business Enterprises in their efforts to develop, grow, or rebuild their businesses.
Nathan Grossenbach, President/CEO of Shoreline Hometown Credit Union explained in a news release that “The Targeted-Impact Fund was set up to support those businesses impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. The recipients of these grants also promote equality and opportunity in our community.”
