Bail is set at $10,000 cash for a 33-year-old Two Rivers man facing multiple charges for allegedly making threats towards a Manitowoc business.
Nathaniel G. Smith is charged with five felony counts of Making Terrorist Threats, one felony count of Threat to Law Enforcement Officer, and one count of failure to comply with an Officer’s attempt to take a person into custody.
Police received a report of the threats made on social media last Friday evening to Manitowoc Grey Iron Foundry and its employees.
Smith then allegedly made threats to officers at his home including saying that he would shoot anyone who entered his home.
He was eventually taken into custody without incident.
Conditions of bail include Smith have no contact with Manitowoc Grey Iron Foundry or its employees and to not have access to any internet device. He remains in the County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for October 12th at 1:30.
