The Two Rivers City Council will be gathering this evening for a special meeting.
There is only one item on the agenda for their 6:00 PM meeting, and that is to consider an offer to purchase the former Paragon Partners property which was submitted by Enlight Group II LLC.
Enlight Group II is a part of the guns and ammunition industry and is located at 5757 West Custer Street in Manitowoc.
It appears that the City is looking to accept the offer, as after talking about the offer in a closed session, the agenda for the meeting, provided by City Manager Greg Buckley, says the Council will gather in an open session to put forth a motion to “sign an acceptance of the offer”.
