
The preliminary hearing date has been set for a man accused of killing a woman in an Ashwaubenon hotel.
46-year-old Dennis Sutrick will be in court on October 1st after being charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide for the August 28th incident.
Sutrick called police claiming to have found the victim unresponsive in the hotel bathtub. The woman had suffered multiple injuries, and Sutrick changed his story about what happened multiple times.
The cause of death was listed as “blunt force injury to the head and neck with evidence of manual strangulation and subdural hematoma”.
If convicted, Sutrick could spend the rest of his life in prison.
