A man is now facing charges after turning himself in following a shooting in Calumet County over the weekend.
33-year-old Hugo Rico is facing charges including First Degree Reckless Injury and had his bond set at $50,000 cash Tuesday morning.
The details of what happened are not clear at this time as Rico, the victim, and witnesses to the incident all are giving different accounts of what happened at the Blu Saphire Cabaret in the Village of Harrison early Sunday morning.
What we do know is the victim was shot with his own weapon and admitted that it appeared to go off accidentally.
A second man turned himself into police, but he has not been charged as of yet.
