The city of Manitowoc and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be celebrating the reopening of US 10/Waldo Boulevard in the city of Manitowoc.
The outdoor event will feature a ribbon cutting atop a bridge on US 10/Waldo Boulevard with a stunning view of the newly reconstructed highway and Lake Michigan.
The roadway has been closed and under construction from County R to the lakeshore for the past two years.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at noon on tomorrow at the top of the viaduct on US 10/Waldo Boulevard between Fleetwood Drive and N. 23rd Street in Manitowoc.
