The City of Manitowoc Engineering Department has announced a road closure that is taking place this week.
South 21st Street between Clark and Franklin Streets is scheduled to be closed to traffic starting on Monday. The road is being closed for pavement repairs on both sides of the Canadian National Railroad Tracks. It is anticipated that the road will be reopened to traffic by the end of the day on Friday, and a detour will be set up to route traffic around the closure.
