An argument turned physical earlier this week at the Cedar Grove Apartment Complex.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to the complex in the 1700 block of Cedar Grove Drive just before midnight on Tuesday on a report of a fight in progress.
By the time they arrived the parties had separated.
One of the individuals explained to the officers that she and her husband had gotten into an argument while driving back from Sheboygan, which turned physical when they got to the apartment.
She claims her husband used a car jack, and smashed up the car.
The 24-year-old man was arrested on charges of Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct, both with Domestic Violence Orders.
