Students in grades 5 through 8 in the Sheboygan Falls School District will now be studying from home due to COVID-19, at least for now.
The School District, in collaboration with the County Division of Public Health, decided to send those grades into a virtual model through September 30th after noticing an increase in absences over the past week.
Those absences were due to contact tracing being done for people who were confirmed to have contracted the virus.
The virtual classes begin today as the Division of Public Health continues to perform contact tracing.
