A Manitowoc man is facing charges in an overdose death from early July.
An unidentified 24-year-old male was found deceased in the bathroom of a residence in the 1600 block of Clark Street on July 2nd, and investigators located drug paraphernalia and Fentanyl in the room with him.
Through an investigation, officers were able to determine that a 25-year-old man had sold the victim the drugs, which he admitted to doing.
He is now facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, and two counts of Delivery of a Schedule 1 or 2 Drug, as he also admitted to selling to the victim’s father.
